3.1 Waitlist Emails

App Data (When Launched):

  • Stored securely with Supabase (our database provider)
  • Supabase uses encryption at rest and in transit
  • Servers located in the EU (London region)

5.2 Security Measures

We protect your data using:

Waitlist:

  • We keep your email until you unsubscribe or until SetGenius shuts down (whichever comes first)

App Accounts:

  • We keep your account data as long as your account is active
  • If you delete your account, we delete all personal data within 30 days
  • We may retain aggregated, anonymized data for analytics

Supabase (Database - When App Launches):

  • Purpose: Store user accounts, songs, setlists
  • Data shared: All app data you create

We only work with GDPR-compliant providers.

9. International Data Transfers

UK Users:

  • Your data is primarily stored in the EU (Supabase London region)

Non-UK Users:

  • Some services (ConvertKit) are US-based but have EU data protection safeguards

All transfers comply with GDPR requirements.

10. Children's Privacy

SetGenius is not intended for users under 18.

We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover we've collected data from someone under 18, we'll delete it immediately.
